जनता के साथ, जनता के लिएIn politics, slogans often come and go. But for me, “जनता के साथ, जनता के लिए” is not just a phrase—it’s the foundation of my public life. It reflects a promise: to walk alongside the people, to listen to them, and to serve them without bias or delay. Every decision I make is anchored in this belief. It’s more than policy—it’s personal.
Leadership Is Not Above the People—It’s Among ThemTrue leadership doesn’t come from power. It comes from presence—being present when people need you, standing by them in their struggles, and celebrating with them in their joys. Whether it’s visiting flood-affected neighborhoods or joining hands with citizens in cleanliness drives, I believe that real change happens when leaders work with the people, not just for them.
This principle drives everything I do as the District Vice President of Mira Bhayandar. From late-night inspections to weekend jan sabhas, I ensure no voice is too small to be heard and no issue too minor to be addressed.
Listening Is the First Step to ActionEvery complaint, every suggestion, every concern matters. My team and I take pride in ensuring that citizens feel heard—and more importantly—see results. From basic infrastructure requests to resolving housing or sanitation issues, we have always prioritized transparency, urgency, and follow-up.
We’ve received thousands of submissions via our complaint portal, and we treat each one not as a file—but as a responsibility. Our digital grievance tracker helps citizens follow the progress of their complaints in real time, fostering trust and accountability.
Examples of “Janata ke Saath” in Action- Citizen-driven footpath renovation in Mira Road, completed through public feedback and local workforce coordination.
- Senior citizen health camps, organized after listening to the needs of residents from Naya Nagar and Hatkesh.
- 24-hour response teams to handle monsoon flooding and emergency drainage issues.
- Community study circles in partnership with local schools to help underprivileged students prepare for competitive exams.
- Women's self-help groups supported with training, microfinance assistance, and direct market access for their products.
These are not just achievements—they are examples of what happens when we move with the people, not just for them. They represent our commitment to grassroots democracy, where development is not top-down but bottom-up.
My Promise to YouAs we move forward, this principle will continue to guide every policy, every project, and every plan. Whether you are a student, a shopkeeper, a senior citizen, or a homemaker—your voice matters. My role is to ensure that your concerns are converted into action. Your feedback will continue to shape my approach. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all governance—each ward, each mohalla, each family has unique needs, and we are committed to addressing them.
Our upcoming initiatives include:
- Ward-level townhalls every quarter for direct citizen-government dialogue.
- A “Mira Bhayandar Innovation Fund” to support local youth-led civic improvement ideas.
- Upgraded sanitation and waste segregation units based on citizen surveys.
